Bullfrog’s mother, and Neon Drift’s girlfriend. Hasn’t appeared on screen; referenced repeatedly by both of them across Session 0 and Session 1.
“Valen” itself seems to be a nickname/short form she dislikes — Bullfrog calls her “Ma” instead specifically to avoid upsetting her. Neon Drift separately calls her “Velveeta” as a pet name. Her full given name hasn’t been stated.
