A ripperdoc, and Speckz’s longtime contact, run out of a clinic in Section 36. Willing to do the kind of off-the-books work licensed ripperdocs won’t touch — for the right price, and without asking questions.

Known Facts

• Years ago, removed the tracking and recording/transmission capability from Speckz’s military-installed cyber-eyes when Speckz left the service against his will, botching some other features in the process and leaving him with only three standard cyber-eye functions.
• Speckz still owes him money from a past job that fell through.
• Confirmed Mara Sato came to him to have a REIS tracking implant removed — paid well, no questions asked.
• Told Speckz Mara was headed for “the basement levels,” and reacted with visible unease mentioning “those fights” down there (the Under Sector arena).
• Calls Speckz “Lex” — possibly Speckz’s real first name, unconfirmed.
• Wants a real crab cake burger from Lenny’s in District 5, on top of payment, as a show of goodwill.
